These terms and conditions will be deemed to be accepted by all those who purchase an event ticket or enter the festival area.

ENTRY RULES
Entry will only be via authorised e-tickets or ticket purchase at event reception. Re-entry on same day only with a festival wrist band.
Children will be admitted with an adult ticket holder and must be under the ticket holders supervision at all times. Under 18s are not allowed within the festival marquee after 7.00 pm.
Under 18s are not allowed in the bar area at any time and alcohol must not be given to under 18s.
For safety, children must not run about when in the marquee.
LAST ENTRY TIME STRICTLY 9.30PM
NO entry if you appear to be drunk or influenced by any substances or displaying disruptive behaviour
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO ENTRY RULES
As alcohol will be served at this event we will operate a strict "challenge 21 policy" for ticket holders. Please do not be offended if you are lucky enough to look considerably younger than your age. ENTRY TO BAR AREA ALLOWED FOR AGE 18s AND OVER ONLY
All attendees are reminded to Drink and Behave in a Responsible Manner.
Acceptable ID will be : Current Passport, Current Photo ID Driving Licence or Provisional Licence, NUS Card or other suitable photo ID showing your date of birth - if challenged you will not be served without acceptable ID
Drinks will not be served to anyone considered to have over indulged (at sole discretion of serving staff)
Drinks will not be served within 30 minutes of event session closing times
Only drink containers supplied by the event may be used within the festival marquee.
The Festival Organisers will provide Authorised Stewarding Personnel who are there for your safety and security. You must follow any direction given by Appointed Stewards or Festival organising personnel .
Animals are not permitted in the Festival Area (except registered assistance dogs).
For safety, glassware is not allowed in the area and you are not permitted to have any unlawful substance or any item considered to be a weapon or unsafe. The tented areas are non smoking
Entry to the event is at the discretion of the Festival Organisers and anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner will we asked to leave by the stewards regardless of ticket entitlement.
No refunds will be issued for unused tokens and tickets cannot be refunded or altered within 7 days of event.
Trained First Aiders will be in attendance and there will be a First Aid Station clearly designated on the site.
All parking must be as directed by Festival Stewards
The Festival is run by Rotary Midsomer Norton & Radstock and facilitated by Chilcompton Sports and within their sports complex
